01. White Fir Pine (Pinus hartwegii)

The green branches visible in our logo belong to a white fir pine, also known as Pinus hartwegii, a tree native to our region that thrives even at altitudes exceeding 13,000 feet above sea level. This emblematic tree has a notable presence up high on La Malinche, symbolizing the robust and enduring nature of our heritage.

02. Berry Ornament

The inclusion of the berry in our logo design is inspired by the Alfeñique style, a traditional Pueblan method of crafting sugar sculptures that has influenced the ornamental designs of the city’s architecture. This style, along with the berry's native presence around the region of La Malinche, is reflected in our logo. These elements not only represent our local flora but also echo the intricate, sweet-confection-like designs that are a hallmark of Puebla's architectural aesthetic.

03. Nut Ornament

The incorporation of this nut in our logo is inspired by the walnut (nuez de Castilla), a culinary staple emblematic of the region. It also appears in architectural decorations and ornaments, such as those found in the Casa del Alfeñique, reflecting its significance both in local cuisine and traditional architectural styles. This element symbolizes the rich cultural heritage and the intertwining of gastronomy with artistry in Puebla.

04. Stars Ornament

The three stars present in our logo are elements inspired from Talavera tiles, where they are commonly represented. This design choice not only pays homage to this iconic Pueblan ceramic art but also symbolizes the excellence and craftsmanship inherent in our brand.

05. The Cat

At the heart of our logo, the white cat leaping against a sky-blue background is an element directly borrowed from the work of a Pueblan painter. Through abstraction, it represents a cat "imagined in dreams," symbolizing creativity, freedom, and the boundless possibilities of imagination, embodying the artistic and dreamlike qualities that our brand aspires to convey.
